Positive: The property owner was very responsive, both through email and WhatsApp, making sure that everything from the check-in process to our needs during the stay were well taken care of. Check-out was also very smooth and hassle-free. At check-in, I informed him of my arrival time, and someone was already on standby at the lobby to assist us. She guided us with the access to the elevator and even gave us a short tour in the apartment. The apartment itself felt very homey and comfortable, especially with the private elevator that goes directly to the room, a feature that added great convenience and privacy. For those who have more time to spend at the apartment, the facilities are complete: swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track, gym, kids’ corner, and playground. What was most convenient for us is that this area is not affected by the odd-even traffic rule, which made getting to the airport much easier.
Negative: One thing to note, however, is that the apartment does not provide free parking. Guests who rent a car during their stay should expect additional hourly parking fees. Alternatively, there’s an option to pay IDR 500,000 for a one-month pass for one registered car, which is more worthwhile for guests staying longer than a week.
